Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the 113th year of the Dorset Small-Bore Rifle and Pistol Association will be held in the Hawker Pavilion, Bryanston School Blandford, on Friday 26th May 2023, commencing at 7.30pm. The A.G.M. will be followed by Light Refreshments.
It has been decided that rather than hold a prize giving, we should take the opportunity of collecting in all the trophies and carry out an audit on them to establish if any are missing. To this end I am at attaching the list of prize recipients at the last AGM. If your club or any of your members hold any trophies, could they be returned before or at the meeting. Trophies can be returned before the meeting to me at Whiteoaks, Colehill Lane, Colehill, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 7AN
Finally, my thanks go to Alex Every who is going to provide the catering. However so that we aim to provide the right amount of food, can you please let me know approximately how many of your members will be attending BY FRIDAY 12 MAY.
